The XC1011SD is a combined sensor that integrates a yaw-rate gyro and a dual-axis accelerometer in a single ultra-compact, low-power package. Featuring Epson’s Double-T quartz crystal structure, it ensures high reliability, built-in diagnostics, and outstanding shock and vibration resistance. With SPI digital output and compliance to AEC-Q100 and ISO26262 (ASIL D), it is optimized for safety-critical automotive applications.
